Responsibilities:

Call customers and explain products/services.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Follow up with interested customers.

Maintain customer details and call records.

Provide good customer service and resolve basic queries.

Requirements:

Versant - 4 and 5

Good communication skills.

Basic -English and Hindi communication.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
