We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller who can communicate with clients over phone calls, explain services, solve queries, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Clients ko phone call karke information dena
Customer queries aur doubts ko clear karna
Interested clients ka follow-up karna
Leads generate aur convert karna
Daily call records maintain karna
Customer complaints ko proper team tak forward karna
Polite and professional way me baat karna
Required Skills:
Good communication skills
Hindi / English speaking
Confident voice and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Follow-up and customer handling ability
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate
Fresher & Experienced both can apply
