Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to connect with customers and achieve communication targets. This is a full-time, in-office day shift role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound or receive inbound calls to potential or existing customers.
  • Clearly communicate product/service information and answer queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales leads.
  • Strive to achieve daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in Telecalling or BPO/KPO
  • English Fluency: Good English communication skills
