Business Development Executive

Vision Global Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented female candidates to join our growing team as a Business Development Executive / Visa Counsellor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and Zoom.
• Counsel clients on visa services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into paid registrations.
• Prepare quotations, share service details, and maintain regular client communication.
• Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates below 35 years.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Basic computer and email knowledge.
• Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome
