Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or database.
• Present and promote company's products/services to potential customers.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and address any questions or concerns customers may have.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Document all customer interactions and update customer records as necessary.
