Objective: To establish and maintain a CRM system that integrates seamlessly with our Shopify store to enhance customer relationships, streamline communication, and leverage customer data to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Scope of Work:

CRM Strategy Development: (Collective decision with the management)

Define clear CRM objectives in line with our business goals.

Identify and set up key performance indicators for CRM effectiveness.

CRM Platform Selection:

Research and present CRM options compatible with Shopify.

Ensure chosen CRM can handle our customer base and integrate with existing tools.

Finalize the CRM platform based on features, scalability, and cost.

System Integration and Data Migration:

Coordinate the integration of the CRM with Shopify.

Oversee the migration of existing customer data into the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

CRM Customization:

Customize fields, tags, and functionalities to fit our unique business processes.

Develop automation workflows for marketing, sales, and customer service.

Create templates for WhatsApp, emails, newsletters, and support communication.

Team Onboarding and Training:

Develop a comprehensive training program for the team to effectively use the CRM.

Establish access levels and permissions for different roles within the team.

Marketing Campaign Management:

Utilize CRM data for targeted WhatsApp, Online & email marketing campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.

Customer Service Enhancement:

Implement CRM features for managing customer inquiries and support tickets.

Set up processes for collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Regularly review CRM data to monitor the performance against KPIs.

Adjust CRM strategies based on analytical insights and team feedback.

Data Maintenance:

Schedule regular data cleaning and update activities to ensure CRM data remains current and useful.

Compliance and Data Protection:

Ensure our CRM practices adhere to relevant data protection regulations.

Maintain transparency with customers regarding the use of their data.

Deliverables:

A fully integrated and customized CRM system.

Documentation of CRM processes and workflows.

Regular reports on CRM performance metrics.

A training program and materials for current and future team members.

End Goal: To create a centralized system that will allow us to manage customer relationships effectively, personalize our marketing efforts, streamline our service process, and ultimately enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in setting up and managing CRM systems, preferably for businesses transitioning from offline to online.

Proficiency in CRM software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A strong understanding of traditional retail practices and customer relationships.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
