Identify and develop new customers in automotive, engineering, OEM, and industrial sectors.
 Address customer complaints, delivery issues, and quality concerns in coordination with internal teams.
 Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations as per customer drawings and specifications.
 Understand forging processes such as open die, closed die, hammer forging, press forging, heat treatment, and machining.
 Maintain sales reports, inquiry logs, order status, and customer records.
 Coordinate with accounts department for outstanding follow-ups.
 Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO, IATF, and customer
