Job Overview

Atharveda is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to promote and sell our products through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. This role requires engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, explaining product offerings clearly, and converting prospects into successful sales while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Atharveda products.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a professional and confident manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation, call records, and performance reports as per company guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in Any Specialization
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
