Job Description: -

The candidate should want to work as field service Engineer in various sites over the state and always deliver excellent Customer Service. They should travel to the sites where the ELV Security system wants to repair and service.

Responsibilities:

• The service engineer's responsibilities include Troubleshoot, repair, diagnose, creating preventative maintenance strategies & resolve the problems.

• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

• Communicating with clients and management to ensure that services are delivered affectively.

• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.

• Monitoring equipment performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.

• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.

• Flexible and problem-solving attitude

• Always deliver excellent Customer Service

• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with top management.

• Expertise in data and problem analysis, creative problem solving and design thinking.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics and Electrical Engineering.

• 2+ years related work experience with strong knowledge in the Access control System, CCTV, Intrusion System, Flab barriers etc.

• Certifications in the ELV systems (Vanderbilt, Lenel, Ccure, Genetec, Axis, Milestone etc).

• Knowledge of maintenance and repair of Access control System, CCTV, Intrusion System, Flab barriers etc.

• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.

• Must have good Microsoft office skills.
