Typical duties and responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top candidates for EdTech roles such as developers, instructional designers, learning technologists, and support professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles aligned with EdTech industry needs.
• Source candidates through EdTech networks, educational institutions, job boards, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Screen and interview candidates, evaluating their technical skills, knowledge of learning technologies, and passion for educational transformation.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and outreach to interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain a pipeline of pre-vetted candidates with backgrounds in education, technology, and instructional design.
• Provide market insights to hiring teams, including salary benchmarks and trends in education technology.
• Stay informed about the latest EdTech innovations, tools (e.g., LMS, authoring tools, AI for learning), and methodologies (e.g., adaptive learning, gamification).
