We are looking for an HR Recruiter Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

• include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Experience

•  –Fresher / Pursuing candidates 
• LOCATION -Work from home / flexible timing (ONLINE MODE)
• ELIGIBILITY –BBA MBA HR PGDHRM /FINANCE /SALE AND MARKETING/BE/BSC/MSC/MA/ B TECH/ only students 
• Graduations Required strong English communication and Interpersonal skills.
• A Recruiting Intern supports the recruiting team by ensuring that all the clerical duties required are performed timeously and correctly. This will include the following tasks:
• 3. Posting job ads in portals and sourcing the candidates
• 4. Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation
• 5. Organizing interview appointments
• 6. Minuting interviews, meetings, and discussions
• 7. Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates
• 8. Organizing or conducting reference checks
• 9. Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities
• 10. Attending recruitment fairs, and other events
• 11. Assisting with outbound or proactive searches
• 12. Assisting with general office admin
• 13. Working closely with business teams and understanding the hiring process
• 14. Helping pains to draft GDS create innovative and to attract quality of candidates but taking forward an end to end recruitment
• 15. Managing partnerships and ensuring safe pipeline of fresh candidates
• 16. Managing a team of 20 to 30 interns
• 17. You will be responsible for hiring sales operations and entry level Technology and marketing Roles
• 18. Should be comfortable in delivering optimal results
