Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher CCTV Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems for various clients. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the security and surveillance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of CCTV systems, including mounting cameras, running cables, and setting up DVR/NVR systems.
• Help in configuring CCTV systems for local and remote access via mobile devices or PCs.
• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cameras, wiring, or system settings.
• Learn to maintain and inspect CCTV equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
• Assist with basic repairs or component replacements when necessary.
• Support senior technicians in completing on-site work according to project timelines.
• Collaborate with the team to test and ensure that all equipment and software are functioning before client handover.
• Document installation details, service calls, and technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent technical certification).
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and wiring.
• Knowledge of computer networking and IP configurations is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and instructions.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems (Analog and IP cameras).
• Familiarity with video surveillance software and tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to different job sites.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and handling tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if needed.
