• • Checking for compliance to design intent • Assist in responding to various planning and design queries and clarifications
• • Review and evaluate design against applicable codes and standards • Architect must have working

• and excellent designing skills
• • Should be highly creative and great knowledge of architectural concepts & good management skills
• • Designing, Planning, Creating and executing building elevation designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design applications
• • Municipal drawing making & coordinating with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
