Telecaller

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for making and receiving calls to engage with customers, providing information, and assisting with inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to interact effectively with customers.
• Clearly explain product or service information to potential and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and call details.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines diligently.

Requirements & Details

• Qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in a Telecaller role.
• English Fluency: Little English required.
• Salary: ?12,000 - ?18,000 per month.
• Working Hours: Full-time, Day Shift (09:30 AM - 06:30 PM),  In-Office. (We are open all days)
• Weekaly off: : One weekaly off between Monday to Friday. ( No Holiday on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)
