Essential Knowledge, Skills & Expierence:

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• We prefer candidates with Tally and MS Office knowledge
• Must have basic accounting knowledge
• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (Test Speed Now)

About this Position:

• Interact with customers (Accountant & CA) on a daily basis to understand, identify and solve their Tally related problems.
• Use communication skills to provide skillful Tally software training and implementation.
• Provide customer support through telephonic communication, remote access as well as on-site support.
