Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site booking for product
Maintain a high level of exposure for the villa through direct sales
Meet and exceed sales targets (Closing deals)
Negotiate  rates/packages with corporate clients
Successfully create business from new and existing guests
Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business and to
increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
-Attend Sales events, as required
Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
Location - Mumbai region sales expert
