Assistant Professor (M.tech in Computer/AIML/IT)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and challenging courses for graduates in engineering programs in Computer Science, AIML, or IT, keeping curriculums current with the latest advancements in the field.(as per university syllabus)
- Utilize a variety of effective teaching methods, including lectures, labs, projects, discussions, and cutting-edge pedagogical approaches.
- Create and maintain high-quality course materials, assignments, and presentations as per University syllabus.
- Advise and mentor M.Tech students on their academic progress, research interests, and career goals.
- Conduct independent research in your area of expertise and actively pursue opportunities to publish scholarly articles, contribute to conferences, and potentially secure research grants.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects (may be applicable).
- Contribute to the department's overall mission by participating in curriculum development, program reviews, and departmental committees.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in computer science, AIML, or IT through ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D/M.tech. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology,
- M.Tech qualified for teaching graduate engineering students.
- Strong teaching experience at the graduate level, preferably in M.Tech programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in a specialized area of computer science, AIML, or IT.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide students towards academic excellence.
- A strong commitment to student success and mentorship.
- A passion for research and a proven track record of scholarly publication.
