Key Responsibilities

• Interact with investors to provide accurate and timely resolutions to their queries.
• Ensure every response is complete and professional, maintaining high service standards.
• Meet 100% turnaround targets for query and request resolution.
• Coordinate internally with relevant departments to process investor-related requests such as Demand Draft (DD) applications.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and customer-focused approach at all times.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and email handling).
• Excellent interpersonal and service orientation skills.
• Preferred Skills:-
• Prior internship or exposure to the financial services or customer relationship domain.
• Understanding of investor servicing or client management processes.
