Customer Support Representative

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative fluent in Hindi & Punjabi for our Recharge Support team.

Location :- Andheri (Marol), Mumbai

Responsibilities :-

- Handle customer inquiries on recharge issues via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide information on recharge plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Document interactions and stay updated on services.

Qualifications :-

- Proficiency in Hindi & Punjabi.

- Customer service experience preferred.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
