Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage apprentice onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for apprentice queries and support.
• Assist with F&F processing and payroll-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory requirements.
• Support NAPS/NATS registrations and maintain related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for apprentice management activities.
• Prepare MIS reports, track apprentice data, and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide timely updates to apprentices and business teams.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or Apprentice Management.
• Good understanding of India payroll processes, PF, ESIC, and PT regulations.
• Familiarity with NAPS/NATS processes is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel, coordination, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage records and compliance documentation.
