Office Boy

An office boy provides essential support to ensure smooth office operations by managing cleaning, pantry services, and, office duties. Key responsibilities include maintaining office cleanliness, serving tea/coffee to staff and guests, photocopying, and handling documents. The role requires punctuality, reliability, and basic communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Errands & Mail: Running, outdoor errands, such as bank, work, post office, and delivering documents.

• Supplies Management: Monitoring, replenishing, and restocking pantry items and stationary supplies.

• Equipment Handling: Operating basic office machinery (photocopier, printer). 

  Office Maintenance & Hygiene: Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including desks, pantry, and washrooms.

• Hospitality: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with photocopying, scanning, filing, and shredding documents

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Typically a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience as an office boy or similar role is often preferred.
• Abilities: Punctual, polite, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Communication: Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
