• Doing Cold calling
• New Client Acquisition and Business Development for Staffing Division
• Getting Requisitions from HRs Recruitment SPOCs, Planning, organizing, executing controlling the sourcing servicing to clients
• Must be able to hit the ground running and acquire new clients and/or new business via various channels and generate effective requisitions for contract, contract to hire positions and thus drive revenues.
• Additionally

Experience

in working for Skills Development such as NSDC/NEEM/NAPS, etc
