Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and hiring reports
• Assist in onboarding and documentation
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities

• Freshers / Graduates / Post Graduates can apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR is a plus
