Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, critical thinking ability, and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research on market trends, competitors, and industry insights
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify patterns and trends
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management
• Monitor market conditions and provide actionable insights
• Work closely with different teams (Sales, Marketing, Management)
• Maintain accurate records of research findings
• Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization software

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
