Roles & Responsibilities

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will:

• Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally.

• Explain products and course details to prospective clients clearly.

• Convert leads into enrollments/sales through effective communication.

• Maintain and build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

• Record and manage client data accurately in the system.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling and follow-ups.

Note: This is a target-oriented role; candidates should be confident in explaining products and driving conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication in English & Hindi

• Freshers welcome, graduates preferred

• Good phone etiquette and persuasive skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
