We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and help find suitable candidates for open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and support the overall recruitment process.

Requirements & Details

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• English Fluency: Little English required.
• Gender Preference: Male.
• Salary: ?20,000 - ?23,000 per month.
• Work Mode: Hybrid.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Working Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM (Days Shift).
