• Demat Account Open Executive :
• As a Demat Account Opening Executive, your main responsibility will be to assist in the efficient and accurate opening of demat accounts for customers. The customers are assigned & given by the company itself

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Provide support to clients in understanding the demat account opening process, answering their queries, and guiding them through the process
• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter client details and account opening information into the system, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records
• Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns or issues related to the demat account opening process promptly and professionally
• Reporting: Assist in generating reports and maintaining relevant data related to demat account opening for management review

Requirements & Details

Education

• 12th Pass or equivalent diploma
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• Customer Service: Basic customer service skills to provide satisfactory assistance to clients and address their queries
