Bathing & Grooming: Safely bathing, brushing teeth, styling hair, and dressing the patient.
Toileting & Incontinence: Assisting with restroom visits, changing adult diapers, and cleaning bedpans.
Skin Care: Keeping the skin clean and applying lotions to prevent bedsores (pressure ulcers).
Positioning: Regularly turning bedridden patients to prevent body stiffness and sores.
Ambulation Support: Helping patients walk safely using canes, walkers, or crutches.
Safe Transfers: Lifting and transferring patients between the bed, wheelchair, or couch.
Medication Reminders: Prompting patients to take the correct prescribed medication at the right time.
Vital Tracking: Monitoring and recording daily logs of temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and blood sugar.
Emergency Response: Acting instantly to call doctors, ambulances, and family during sudden health drops.
Diet Planning: Preparing nutritious meals that strictly follow the doctor’s or dietitian’s advice.
Feeding Assistance: Patiently feeding individuals who cannot feed themselves safely.
