Internship Overview

We’re looking for a proactive HR Intern to join our remote team for a 45 day paid internship. You’ll support our HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and documentation—gaining end-to-end exposure in a supportive learning environment.

🔧 Responsibilities

Post job openings on portals and social media

Screen resumes and help shortlist candidates

Assist in scheduling virtual interviews

Maintain applicant and employee data

Support onboarding and orientation

Help prepare HR reports and training materials

Participate in daily standups/team check-ins

✅ Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field

Good communication (verbal & written)

Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual

Familiar with Google Suite / MS Office

Can commit 4–6 hours per day remotely
