Job Overview

We’re looking for a proactive HR Intern to join our remote team for a 45 day paid internship. You’ll support our HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and documentation—gaining end-to-end exposure in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on portals and social media
• Screen resumes and help shortlist candidates
• Assist in scheduling virtual interviews
• Maintain applicant and employee data
• Support onboarding and orientation
• Help prepare HR reports and training materials
• Participate in daily standups/team check-ins

Requirements & Details

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Good communication (verbal & written)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Familiar with Google Suite / MS Office
• Can commit 4–6 hours per day remotely
