We are seeking an Experienced Tellecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers and supporting our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers professionally over the phone.
• Provide accurate information and address customer queries.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all calls.
• Work consistently to achieve daily call targets and metrics.

Requirements & Details

• Qualification: 12th Pass minimum.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years in telecalling or a similar customer interaction role.
• English Fluency: Little English required.
• Salary: ?10,000 - ?45,000 per month.
• Work Schedule: Full-time, In-Office, Day Shift (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM).
• Openings: 10 positions available.
