Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our products and services.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Details

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
• Previous

Experience

• in telemarketing or telecalling is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
