Job Description

• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• • Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs
• • Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems
• • Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
• • Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base
• • The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
• • Advocating for adequate, timely, and cost-effective services and responding to any issues that occur during the delivery of services.
• • Scheduling appointments for clients, answering phones and tracking clients' service records.
• • Responding to complaints and resolving issues or matching clients with better services.
• • Strong work ethic and service skills.
• Salary Package : 3 LPA to 6 LPA (negotiable; depending upon the interview
