Schedule meetings between employees and the main branch's HR manager to facilitate issue resolution.
Explain HR policies and branch-specific rules to both new and existing team members.
Organize and oversee regular activities and surveys aimed at assessing and improving employee satisfaction.
Support and facilitate alignment with new changes in processes, policies, systems, etc.
Act as a mediator to effectively resolve branch-level issues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
