Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, descriptions, and images across e-commerce platforms.
Process and track online orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to online sales via email and chat.
Monitor inventory levels and update product availability regularly.
