Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• •    Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules.
• •    Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
• •    Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
• •    Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
• •    Generate sales leads per day.
• •    Explain the products and services to clients and generate meetings and showroom visits from cold calling.
• •    Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
• •    Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
