The Business Development Executive will provide comprehensive administrative and project support for the our Group, This role involves managing schedules, coordinating project activities, handling communications, and ensuring smooth operational flow within the project. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange logistics for project-related events.
Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, and records.
Communication: Draft and handle correspondence, including emails and memos, ensuring clear and timely communication.
2. Project Coordination:
Task Management: Assist in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Reporting: Compile and prepare status reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
Resource Management: Coordinate with vendors and manage resources necessary for project execution.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between various departments, government agencies, and external partners.
Meeting Preparation: Organize meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

4. Operational Support:
Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve administrative and operational issues promptly.
5. Confidentiality and Security:
Data Handling: Manage sensitive project information with discretion and ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols.
Confidential Communication: Handle confidential communications securely.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Master of Social Welfare, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar administrative role, preferably within large-scale projects or government initiatives.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent English & Hindi verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and precision in managing documents and data.
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Salary Range:
Slab: INR 216000- 600000 per annum.
