Business Development Executive (bde) – Interior Design

? Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through references, networking, digital platforms & market visits
• Identify and acquire clients for residential & commercial interior projects
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and project presentations
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Negotiate with clients and convert leads into confirmed projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

? Candidate Profile

• Experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Modular Kitchen / Furniture / Home Décor / Real Estate Sales
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in B2C/B2B sales or business development
• Good client network and lead-generation ability will be an advantage
• Confident, target-driven and customer-focused
