Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Manage the recruitment process to attract top talent to the organization

•    Oversee employee onboarding and new hire orientation processes

• Facilitate employee performance management and development programs
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with HR information systems and data analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
