Interior Project Manager – Job Description (Modular Factory Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager with strong capability in handling modular furniture/factory production and site execution. The candidate should be able to manage projects from planning to final handover while coordinating between design, factory production, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor interior projects as per schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with modular factory for production planning and quality control.
• Supervise site execution, installation, and finishing works.
• Ensure drawings, materials, and production details are aligned with project requirements.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams effectively.
• Monitor project timelines, cost control, and client requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and timely project completion.

Requirements:

• Experience in interior project management and modular factory operations.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture production and installation processes.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and project coordination tools preferred.
