Job Description – Paytm Field Sales Executive (On-Roll)

Position: Field Sales Executive (On-Roll)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Acquire new merchants and promote Paytm products in the assigned territory.

- Sell and install Paytm Soundbox devices.

- Generate leads and source customers for Business Loans.

- Promote and sell EDC/POS Machines to merchants.

- Cross-sell Term Insurance products.

- Educate customers about and enroll them in Gold SIP plans.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.

Daily Requirements:

- Mandatory attendance at the daily gate meeting at the HSR Layout office.

- Visit merchants and generate new business opportunities in the assigned area.

- Submit daily activity reports to the reporting manager.
