Roles & Responsibilities

• Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Communicating with customers through various channels for eg : Email and chat process
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Responsible for dealing with Domestic Clients Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
• Involved in Providing email support for quires.
• Handling inbound / emails / chats resolving.
• Proficient in Understanding customer issues and should be good in excel and written English.
• RequirementsExperience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking abilities Patience when handling tough cases
