Job Title: AutoCAD Draftsman & Civil Site Executive

Experience

• 3–5 years preferred
• Freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge are also encouraged to apply

Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• ITI (Civil Draftsman) candidates with relevant AutoCAD skills may also apply

Key Responsibilities

AutoCAD Draftsman & Civil Site Executive

• Prepare accurate 2D civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Revise and update drawings based on engineer/client comments.
• Prepare GA drawings, layout drawings, sections, elevations, and detailing.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure document control.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for drawing updates.
• Assist in quantity estimation and preparation of BOQs where required.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor work quality, safety, and progress as per project schedules.
• Verify measurements and maintain daily site reports.
• Ensure execution is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in billing, quantity verification, and material management.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Good understanding of civil and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate with project teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Civil 3D, MicroStation, or Revit is an added advantage.
• Site execution experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
